Payments can fail for several reasons when using Omise:
- Insufficient funds – Your card or account may not have enough balance to complete the transaction. 
- Card or account issues – Expired, blocked, or unsupported cards may be declined. 
- Bank restrictions – Some banks may block international or online transactions for security reasons. 
- Incorrect payment details – Double-check your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing information. 
- Technical issues – Temporary connectivity problems or maintenance on Omise or the bank’s side. 
Refunds for payments made through Omise depend on the business you paid. Here’s how to proceed:
- Contact the business first – Reach out to the business directly through their listing on Discover Hua Hin and request a refund. Provide details such as your transaction ID, date, and amount. 
- Business processes refund – Once the business approves the refund, they can initiate it through Omise. 
- Refund timeline – Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method. 
- Failed or disputed payments – If the business is unresponsive, you can contact Omise support at Omise Support for guidance, but Omise cannot refund payments without the business’s authorization. 
Redeeming a coupon on Discover Hua Hin is simple:
- Find a valid coupon – Check the business listing for available promotions or coupons. Each coupon will have specific terms and an expiration date. 
- Copy or save the coupon code – Some coupons may require a code, while others can be redeemed directly through the listing. 
- Use it during payment – Enter the coupon code at checkout if paying online (e.g., via Omise) or present it to the business if redeeming in person. 
- Check restrictions – Coupons may be valid only for certain services, dates, or payment methods, so always read the terms. 
- Confirmation – Once applied successfully, the discount will appear in your total or the business will acknowledge it when you present it in person. 
You can update your account name by following these steps:
- Log in to your account – Access your profile through the Login button on Discover Hua Hin. 
- Go to Profile Settings – Navigate to your account or profile settings section. 
- Edit your name – Update your first name, last name, or business name as needed. 
- Save changes – Make sure to save or submit the changes. Your updated name should appear immediately or within a few minutes. 
- Restrictions – Some business or premium account names may require verification or approval by our team before changes take effect.
