1. Terms and Conditions

1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any advertising listing on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to proceed with your purchase.

1.2. Services Provided

Discover Hua Hin offers online advertising listings and promotional services, including but not limited to:

•Premium business listings

•Featured property advertisements

•Banner placements

•Sponsored blog posts and articles

1.3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase services from our platform.

1.4. Payment Terms

•All payments must be made in Thai Baht (THB).

•Payments can be made via the available methods displayed at checkout.

•Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.5. Taxes and Fees

All prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes or processing fees charged by their payment provider.

1.6. Limitation of Liability

Discover Hua Hin shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

1.7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

2. Shopping Cart & Checkout Business Policy

To ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing process, our Shopping Cart and Checkout Policy is as follows:

2.1. Order Confirmation

•Once you add an advertising listing to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to review your order before final confirmation.

•You must confirm your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions by ticking the acceptance box.

2.2. Payment Methods Accepted

•Bank Transfer

•Credit/Debit Card

•QR payment

•Mobile Banking

•Other payment gateways as listed on the checkout page.

2.3. Invoices

A tax invoice will be generated automatically after successful payment and sent to your registered email address.

2.4. Service Activation

•Your advertising listing will go live within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

•Featured placements or special campaigns may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation Policy

•Orders for advertising listings can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase if the advertisement has not been published yet.

•To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@discover-huahin.info with your order details.

3.2. Refund Policy

•If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour period, a full refund will be issued.

•If the advertisement has already been published, no refunds will be provided.

•Refunds will always be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3.3. Non-Refundable Services

•Once an advertising listing or promotional campaign has been activated or published, the service is considered non-refundable.

•No partial refunds are available for unused portions of purchased listings or services.

3.4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Implementation Instructions

A. Terms & Conditions Acceptance Checkbox

At checkout, add a required checkbox:

“I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.”

The purchase cannot proceed unless the checkbox is selected.

B. Integration with Pricing Page

•Place direct links to these policies at the bottom of the Pricing page.

•Add a clear button like “View Terms & Conditions” next to the checkout button.
